Executive-level Retained Recruitment
For any organization, Executive-level appointments are very small but an important percentage of its workforce. There is often a shortage of good candidates at this level and as the role of such people within any business is key to its success, organizations do resort to recruiting individuals from direct competitors or ‘like’ companies.
We have expertise in finding and acquiring these high-caliber individuals having valuable experience by motivating and pursuing them for new challenges, especially on the terms acceptable to the client company.
Process:
We provide research-based mapping of potential organizations (competitors and similar sector companies) and in-depth insight about prevailing talent trends in the job market. In doing so, we furnish a list of prospects best suited for the role with relevant skills, experience and qualifications.
We reach out to potential candidates to understand their experience, achievements and contribution to assess their suitability for the role and engage extensively with interested potential candidates by sharing the role, responsibilities, goals, key challenges and expectations from the position. Our role includes identifying dormant/ passive talent that is most suited for the position and persuade them to consider new opportunities available with us.
We conduct rigorous competency-based interviews with candidates which are based on the competencies and skills outlined in the position specification(s) and conclude the same with a comprehensive report that contains our recommendations.
Upon selection of the best suited candidate, we conduct thorough reference checks and provide external views about the selected candidate. If need be, we also assist the client-organization in matters relating to negotiation of compensation and benefits.
To aid the smooth on boarding, we stay connected with the selected candidate during the transition period.
We follow-up with our client(s) and candidate(s) upon the latter’s joining for up to 6 months to assess the comfort level of both the company and the new hire to ensure that the new hire(s) becomes a productive member(s) of the team.
